Booking Terms and Conditions - Please Read Carefully
Deposits required.
A deposit of £100/$150 per week is required to secure the booking.
Full Payment is required 10 weeks prior to start of occupation.
Cancellation.
If you do not pay the balance at the prescribed time, we reserve the right, after due notice to cancel the booking. In this event the deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel your booking the following charges will apply:-
More than 8 weeks Deposit only
Between 6 & 8 weeks 50% of rental cost
Less than 6 weeks 100% of rental cost
Security Bond.
A security bond of $300.00 will be required on arrival at the property, (normally in the form of a credit card imprint). This will be returnable 1 month after the end of the holiday rental period, provided that the villa is vacated by the specified time and date and is left in a clean and tidy condition, as it was found at the beginning of the rental period. All breakages & damages must be reported and repaired/replaced.
Limitation of Liability.
The owner shall not be held responsible for any loss of enjoyment or extra expense incurred due to any delays or changes to any flights, travel arrangements or any other service that is beyond their control. They are not responsible for any claims that may be brought against them by any person booking the villa or any damage to any such person or to his/her property as a result of circumstances beyond the control of the owners. The owners shall not be responsible for any failure of services to the villa due to circumstances beyond their control. The owners do agree to do everything within their responsible power to assist the clients in the event of a problem but cannot be held liable for the actions or omissions of other persons or parties. Neither we nor our representatives will accept responsibility/liability for any accident, injury or illness sustained during your tenancy, regardless of however it may have occurred.
Swimming Pool.
If any person shall be unable to use the swimming in the villa owing to repair or maintenance for a period in excess of 7 days there will be a refund made of 5% of weekly rental charge for each day the swimming pool is under such repair and maintenance. There will be no such refund if the swimming pool cannot be used for a period of 7 days or less. The owners and owner’s agents do not accept liability for injury, howsoever caused as a result of the use of the swimming pool.
In the interests of safety, guests are specifically requested not to allow unsupervised children to use the swimming pool.
