Southern Dunes is a gated community with 24 hour security. The villa was built in 2003 and has all the facilities to make your stay in Central Florida relaxing and enjoyable.

On entry into Boonfield Villa you will find a porch area leading into the spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. It is air conditioned throughout, and has a private screened swimming pool and patio to the rear. The villa has 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 6 people comfortably.

Subject to availability we can arrange two identical villas only eight doors apart. Each villa sleeps six people. Ideal for two families, as everyone can have their own space! Contact us for details and availability.
